A VESDA High Level Interface (HLI) allows connection between a VESDAnet communications network and software monitoring and configuring tools such as VESDA System Manager (VSM) and VESDA System Configurator (VSC).
Three models of HLI are available:

Portable device that can be used on multiple sites to connect a PC to a VESDAnet network. |
| Open protocol HLI | VHX-0300 (peer to peer) & VHX-0310 (master-slave) | Used to link a VESDAnet network to VESDA PC software monitoring tools, Building Management Systems (BMSs) and Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). |
