A new remote notification facility enables the use of email (or SMS) to provide immediate and up-to-date information about your system’s operational status, wherever you are.

The partitioning of different views of the system status (floor plans, active event list, configuration details etc) across an infinite number of computer monitors enables maximum control of mission critical facilities.

Total User Management

All users in your response centre can now be provided with a unique user account with defined access level and password. You maintain control over the types of operations your users perform and can audit all actions.

Improved Event Log Database

VSM4 provides total event integration, consolidation and archiving across multiple VESDAnets. All system, network and device events can be stored in an ODBC-compliant database.

Your Own CAD Software and Fire System Image Library

A free licence of VeCAD software and NFPA 170 fire systems images is now included as part of the floor plan design tools. This allows designers to create and manipulate CAD images for incorporation in meaningful context-sensitive multi-level floorplans.

Intelligent Response Management - Your Response Plan at Your Fingertips

VSM4 now enables presentation of your unique customised corporate response procedures upon occurrence of specific events in defined parts of your facility. This guides your staff to provide the most appropriate response to the identified risk, at all times, and as you intended.
